Inquiry & Quotation Stage：
The client provides detailed cargo information and confirms shipping requirements; based on these requirements, cargo details, flight schedules, and prevailing market rates, our company provides a quotation, estimated flight options, and estimated transit times.
Order Confirmation Stage：
Customer confirms pricing and booking note.
Space Allocation & Booking Stage：
Once the customer confirms the order, space is requested from and secured with the freight forwarder or airline. Fixed space can be reserved in advance for long-term partners, while priority space allocation plans can be arranged for high-volume customers during peak seasons.
Warehouse Receiving Stage：
The client delivers the goods to our warehouse in accordance with requirements and the scheduled delivery time; the warehouse then receives and verifies the shipment.
·Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, the actual weight and dimensions will be re-measured. Air freight charges are based on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight (calculated as: Length cm × Width cm × Height cm / 6000); therefore, packing compactly can help save on costs.
·The warehouse accommodates various types of shipments, including full consignments, consolidation from multiple suppliers, e-commerce small parcels, and consolidated loose cargo; the warehouse team handles the receipt of goods and logs them into the system.

Clearly mark the warehouse entry number and shipping marks on the outer packaging of your goods;
Send us the packing list in advance.
Accurate information labeling and advance document transmission can effectively avoid misdelivery, omissions, and warehousing delays.
Air freight costs are mainly calculated based on the chargeable weight of the goods, i.e., the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 6000). In addition, the following factors will also affect the final freight cost:

Peak and off-peak seasons and market supply and demand
Temporary adjustments such as fuel surcharges
