1. Import/Export Goods Declaration Form: Fill out the corresponding customs declaration form according to the type of goods and trade method. Generally, two copies are required for imported goods; three copies are required for processing trade/bonded goods; for goods involving export tax refunds, a separate tax refund customs declaration form is also required.

2. Commercial Invoice + Packing List: The commercial invoice should specify the product name, specifications, quantity, unit price, total price, country of origin, etc.

The packing list should specify the packaging details, product model, name and quantity, gross weight, net weight, volume, and shipping marks.

3. Contract Copy: A copy of the foreign trade sales contract signed with the foreign buyer.

4. Authorization Letter for Customs Clearance Agent: If an agent is authorized to handle customs clearance, a valid authorization letter is required.

5. Special Goods Related Certificates: For goods requiring special supervision, licenses issued by the relevant authorities must be submitted. For dangerous goods, an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and other safety documents are also required.

I. Prohibited Items (Prohibited from Transport)

* Firearms, ammunition, controlled knives, and other dangerous weapons.

* Harmful organisms, drugs, radioactive materials, corrosive chemicals, and other items that endanger public safety and health.

* Precious metals (gold, platinum, etc.) and high-value items such as gemstones, jade, diamonds, and pearls (prohibited from air transport).

II. Sensitive Items (Requires Certification or Special Channels)

* Cosmetics, liquids, powders, food, counterfeit brand goods, branded products, perfumes, nail polish, essential oils, tea, and electronic products. These items usually require relevant product certification or must be transported through compliant specific logistics channels.

III. Other Special Items

* Electronic products: Whether containing built-in batteries or purely battery-based cargo, they must comply with the dangerous goods regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the customs regulations of both China and India, providing MSDS, UN38.3 certification, battery information, and other documents. Products bearing trademarks: Both Chinese and Indian customs have very strict intellectual property protection policies. Exporters must provide a brand authorization letter or formal proof of purchase; otherwise, the goods may be detained, returned, or even destroyed during export customs declaration in China or import customs clearance in India.

Basic Application Materials:

• Passport: Original passport with at least 6 months validity and at least 2 blank visa pages, and one photocopy of the passport's photo page.

• Visa Application Form and Photo: Completed "Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China" (2013 version), with one recent, front-facing, color (light-colored background), passport-sized photo attached.

• Proof of legal stay or residence (if applicable).

• Original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (applicable to those who previously held Chinese citizenship but subsequently acquired foreign citizenship).

• Applicant's Signature: The application form must be signed by the applicant.

The warehouse entry number is a unique identifier used by the warehouse to identify the consignee and the corresponding order. Before shipping, please confirm the warehouse entry number and clearly mark it on the goods packaging for quick identification and accurate shelving upon arrival at the warehouse, avoiding confusion or delays.

The packing list is a detailed list of your goods and must include the following information:

• Product name, model, and material

• Whether the product is magnetic, electrically charged, contains Bluetooth, or includes a trademark

• Quantity, volume, and weight of each item

• Total number of items, total volume, and total weight

When shipping, please be sure to bring or send a complete packing list to our company in advance for efficient warehousing and subsequent transportation processing.

Shipping marks are identification marks printed on the outer packaging of goods. They can be numbers, letters, or combinations thereof, used to distinguish different consignees or different batches of goods. When shipping, please make sure to ask your supplier to clearly mark each item with your unique shipping mark so that it can be accurately identified and efficiently stored.
